Mondello Park to support local GAA Club
February 04, 2019Mondello Park is delighted to announce that it has joined Naas GAA’s ‘Club 300’ for 2019.
Speaking about the venue’s backing of Naas GAA Roddy Greene, General Manager of Mondello Park said “It’s great to be involved with another local GAA club. We are excited to get on board with this campaign, along with many other local businesses. It offers us a chance to give back to the local area and gives us a great sense of community.
This is our second sponsorship with a local GAA club. We are also proud sponsors of Caragh GFC which is based in Prosperous. We wish Naas GAA all the best for the 2019 season and look forward to welcoming them to Mondello Park in the near future.
Club 300 is an initiative set up by the Senior Football Section of Naas GAA in 2015 to act as a supporters group for the section.
Naas GAA has enjoyed some success on the field since 2016 winning two Minor Football Championships and two Division 1 titles in Minor Football also. The club has also contested a Senior Football League Final and won an Under 21 Championship in that time. The backing of Club 300 members assists the Senior Football teams in their preparations for these competitions and since last year Club 300 has become the jersey sponsor of our senior team, as an acknowledgment of our appreciation to the Club 300 members.
We feel that Club 300 is an excellent supporting arm to the Naas GAA Senior Football section and also a great social opportunity for its members.
