Internet-based Advertising: AdRoll allows us to track visitors to our site, see what products they have viewed, so that they can retarget the customer through banner advertising. They also track conversions so we can optimise performance of our campaigns.
We use a third party cookie, called _lfuuid. The cookie is accepted or declined by selecting the relevant option in the consent banner that will appear upon your first visit to our website. The cookie allows a website to track visitor behavior on the sites on which the cookie is installed. Tracking is performed anonymously until a user identifies himself by submitting a form. The cookie is persistent for 10 years before it expires.
Events company: working in association with Mondello Park. Group Events works in association with Mondello Park with regards to certain corporate clients. Group Events acts as an events management company that Mondello Park employ to assist with the execution of agreed packages to corporate clients.
Privacy notice for call recording
Mondello Park work with a third party company, FMI Ireland to handle some calls. FMI record calls for quality and training purposes. When a call is recorded, they collect:
- A digital recording of the telephone conversation
- The telephone number number of both parties (internal and external)
Using personal data
Call recordings will be used:
- to assist in the quality monitoring of staff performance
- to investigate and resolve complaints
- to take actions to protect staff from abusive callers
- to ensure that Mondello Park is able to monitor and adhere to quality standards
