We’re full of surprises.
You may not know this but in addition to being the home of Irish motorsport, Mondello Park has a number of versatile suites, conference rooms and meeting rooms suitable for many uses from small meetings to AGMs for up to 200 people.
Each suite of meeting rooms has a motor-racing theme but you are free to dress the room according to your own company branding for the ultimate in brand integration.
The BMW suite and Grand Prix suite are our biggest conference rooms, accommodating up to 100 people dining, 200 people theatre style and 200 at a reception. The Sheane suite which accommodates up to 50 at a reception is the perfect place for a brand launch, corporate party or meeting with a difference. The Mini Suite is our smallest meeting room, ideal for a break-out session or strategy meeting.
Each meeting room suite has stunning wall graphics and a view of the racetrack and paddock. It goes without saying that our suites are supplied with an 80” TV, projector, screen, speaker, and WiFi, and tea and coffee facilities.
We can set your room up in any of the common layouts including theatre style, cabaret, boardroom, banquet, U shape and reception.
Food and drink

We understand the impression made by the food you serve. That’s why we have invested in a creative chef to serve only the best produce for your guests. From a pit-side BBQ to an elegant banquet, from fresh pastries and great coffee to a three-course meal, we will make sure your guests are well fed and happy from dawn to dusk.
After a long day at Mondello Park, your guests can celebrate success in our Pitstop bar. This huge space with unlimited potential is available to you for your receptions, events and parties.
