How long are Gift Certificates valid for:

Gift Certificates bought in 2020 for Mondello Park are valid for 5 years

Can I get my Gift Certificate posted?:

Yes of course. When you are checking out you will be asked whether you want it emailed or posted. Posted gift certificates come in a gift wallet and brochure.

What dates are available to redeem Gift Certificates?

When you click on the redeem gift certificate button you will see all upcoming dates for experiences - However we constantly add to these dates and will communicate with recipient around upcoming dates.

Why are you looking for the Gift Recipient's email address?

We ask for this so that we can communicate upcoming dates to the recipient. This means it's easier for the recipient to redeem their experience. We will not communicate with them before 2021!

Can I book someone directly into a date rather than buy them a Gift certificate?

Yes of course - Click on the redeem date button and click into the date you want - If you don't have a gift certificate you can just pay by card. If the date appears in blue please contact the office to book in.

What if the recipient would prefer to do a different experience to what I buy them?

That's no problem - They simply redeem the voucher against the experience they want to do - If it's cheaper than what you bought them they have a credit on their voucher and if it's more expensive they simply pay the difference!
