Retrostock is back on 7th September for 2025 and this year promises to be something special. What started in 2011 as a unique format for retro car enthusiasts has grown into one of the most exciting dates on the classic car calendar. This year marks the Retrostock Reunion, bringing together cars that have been tucked away in garages for years, ready to roar back onto the track at Mondello Park.
What Makes Retrostock Different
Retrostock pioneered the alternating Grip vs Drift format – 20 minutes of grip sessions followed by 20 minutes of drifting, running all day on Mondello Park’s 3.4km international track. It’s not about racing, it’s about respect, fun, and celebrating classic machines. With everything from 120hp road cars to 800hp beasts, there’s room for everyone, and plenty of track space to keep it safe.
Originally created for pre-1988 cars, Retrostock has evolved to welcome any car model manufactured in 1994 or earlier, making it the perfect home for everything from retro rallycars and sprints to iconic road and drift cars.
A Reunion to Remember
This year is all about the reunion – a chance to see legendary retro cars that haven’t been out in years. The Avin the Crack Rally Team will also be joining us once again, making the trip across from the UK after loving the atmosphere at Mondello Park in 2024. They enjoyed it so much that they’re returning in force for 2025, ready to bring their cars back onto the track and join in the action.
