Our dual-controlled vehicles allow our expert instructors to provide real-time guidance and intervene if necessary, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience. 

During these on-track practical sessions, participants learn and refine essential driving skills that form the building blocks of responsible and confident driving. From mastering precision throttle and steering control to understanding correct speed and braking techniques, young drivers-to-be gain a deep appreciation for the mechanics and nuances of operating a vehicle effectively and safely. 

As part of our commitment to foster a culture of responsible road users, our off-track practical sessions focus on developing critical road safety awareness and skills beyond just driving. No, previous driving experience is not required. The program is suitable for beginners. Whether you’re a complete novice or have never set foot behind the wheel before, our program is specifically tailored to cater to beginners, making it the perfect starting point for your driving adventure.

During the program’s hands-on practical sessions, participants will immerse themselves in a range of fundamental driving skills, all under the expert guidance of our experienced instructors. The “Road Ready” session includes road safety education, steps to apply for a driving licence, and tips and practice questions for passing theory tests. This engaging session goes beyond just learning how to drive; it is designed to provide participants with the essential road safety education and practical insights necessary to become conscientious and knowledgeable road users. 

At Early-Drive | Electrified by Opel, the “Road Ready” session serves as a crucial stepping stone towards becoming a well-rounded and informed road user. By combining road safety education, driving licence application guidance, and theory test preparation, we empower participants to embrace their driving journey with the utmost confidence and preparedness. Participants will enjoy a thrilling minimum of 20 minutes behind the wheel of one of our Opel Corsa’s, accompanied by a skilled instructor. The dual-controlled vehicle ensures a safe and confident learning experience.  

With personalised coaching, participants gain valuable driving skills and build confidence for their future journeys on the road. 

Yes, Early-Drive | Electrified by Opel is run in partnership with Ireland’s nationwide Driving School, the Irish School of Motoring (ISM). The Irish School of Motoring (ISM) has a remarkable legacy, with its roots dating back to 1961.  

Over the decades, ISM has earned a stellar reputation as the largest and most trusted driving school in the country. Its unwavering dedication to providing high-quality driver training and road safety education has made it a household name, guiding countless learners on their journey to becoming skilled and conscientious drivers. 

Yes, participants will receive a certificate upon completing the Early-Drive | Electrified by Opel program. 

The program is priced at €95 per person for a half-day experience, with discounts available for school groups.
