Gates open to the General Public from 9.00am.

Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. If the event is cancelled, the face value of your ticket will be refunded automatically to your original payment method. No refunds will be issued for inability to attend, change of mind, or duplicate purchases.

Ticket Changes & Transfers
All tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise stated. If you need to update the name or details on your ticket, please contact us at hello@mondellopark.ie no later than 7 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate changes where possible, but cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement, we will notify all ticket holders via email. If rescheduled, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date unless otherwise stated. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the new date announcement.

Carer Tickets
Visitors with additional needs may admit one carer at a discounted rate when purchasing an adult/child ticket. Valid carer ID or supporting documentation must be presented on entry (e.g. IAA Autism ID, GP or hospital letter).

Filming & Media Consent
By purchasing a ticket and attending Mondello Park event, you, along with anyone attending the event under your order (including friends, family members, or minors), acknowledge that filming and photography may be taking place on-site for promotional content or online content productions. By entering the venue, you grant permission for all members of your party to be filmed, photographed, and recorded, and understand that their likeness may be used in promotional content and/or online content. However, there is no guarantee that any attendee will appear in any final promotional or online content pieces produced at any Mondello Park events.

Drones
No drones are permitted.

Car Parking
Car Parking at the event is free – you will be directed to the nearest available car park on arrival. 

On Arrival
The event takes place in rural Ireland with large crowds in attendance. There is a risk of network coverage failures from time to time. Mondello Park strongly advise that you ADD YOUR TICKET TO YOUR PHONE WALLET  or SCREENSHOT YOUR TICKET QR CODE on your mobile device to avoid delays at the gate. If you have purchased more than one ticket, all tickets must be printed individually or screenshot each individual ticket QR Code.

Dogs
No dogs are permitted on the site with the exception of assistance dogs.

Lockers/Storage
No storage facilities are available, any belongings that you do not want to carry with you should be left with your vehicle.

Bad Weather
This is an outdoor event and can be enjoyed in all weathers.  Please dress appropriately for the weather.

Food
Moto Cafe will be open and there will be catering trailers located around the paddock.  You are welcome to bring picnic however no BBQ’s are permitted.
