Step back in time with the Historic Festival sponsored by Carole Nash, returning for 2026 as a standout celebration of classic motorsport and vintage car culture. As Ireland’s only dedicated historic motor racing event, it showcases an extraordinary collection of classic and vintage race cars, spanning from the refined elegance of the 1920s through to the unmistakable style and performance of the 1960s.
Hosted at Mondello Park, this unique event blends the thrill of live racing with the charm of a traditional classic car show. Spectators can experience historic machines in full flight on track, from pre-war racers to iconic saloons and GT cars, all preserved and presented in period-correct detail. Alongside the track action and car show families can enjoy the free fun fair attractions, music and food area and trade stands.
