Terms & Conditions – FIA European Rallycross Steward & Marshal Expression of Interest

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Expression of Interest: Submission of this form constitutes an expression of interest only. It does not guarantee selection or placement as a marshal or steward for the FIA European Rallycross event.

2. Event Availability: Applicants must confirm availability for both event days: 18th and 19th July. Only those available for the full duration will be considered.

3. Application Deadline: All submissions must be received by 30th June. Applications received after this date may not be considered.

4. Selection Process:
– All applications will be reviewed by the event organisers.
– Selection will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and event requirements.
– Due to capacity limitations, not all applicants will be selected.
– Successful applicants will be contacted directly with further details.

5. Information Accuracy: You confirm that all information provided is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

6. Accreditation & Eligibility: Where applicable;
– Applicants may be required to hold valid Motorsport Ireland (MI) accreditation or equivalent (subject to final confirmation).
– Additional documentation or verification may be requested prior to confirmation of participation.

7. Conduct & Responsibilities: If selected, you agree to;
– Comply with all event rules, safety procedures, and official instructions.
– Act in a professional and responsible manner at all times.
– Follow any guidance issued by FIA officials, event organisers, and safety personnel.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.

8. Health & Safety: You confirm that;
– You are physically able to undertake the duties required of a marshal or steward.
– You will adhere to all health and safety requirements during the event.

9. Data Protection: By submitting this form, you agree that;
– Your personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing this event and related communications.
– Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR).
– Your details may be shared with relevant event partners (e.g. FAI and Motorsport Ireland) where necessary.

10. Communication: You agree to be contacted via email and/or phone regarding;
– Your application.
– Event updates and logistics.
– Selection outcomes.

11. Changes & Cancellation: The organisers reserve the right to;
– Amend event details, requirements, or schedules where necessary.
– Cancel or modify the selection process at any time.
